Action commenced by plaintiff William Field, a minor, by John Gerlach, his guardian ad litem, and John Field, father of said minor, against the defendants Dr. Sherman Vinograd and Farmers Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, for personal injuries sustained by William Field when he was struck by the Vinograd car. The jury returned its special verdict apportioning the negligence 50 per cent to the minor and 50 per cent to Dr. Vinograd. On motions after verdict the trial court ordered a new trial in the interests of Justice and from said order defendants appeal.
